So being the prepared romantic that I am I ordered Ashley (my fiance) her Valentine's Day roses over two weeks ago...she knew they were coming because I had to tell her to work from home to be there to get them.
Anyways, they never showed...I had to call the florist and inquire and they finally delivered them around 6PM tonight..they had FORGOTTEN her flowers. I had already printed off my online bank statement where my credit card had been charged.
But all is well, she has her flowers and we just got back from happy hour. If you've never been to Public House on Lower Greenville you're missing out.
To all those out there in Internet land - we will be at the Loon (the greatest bar in Dallas, nay I say the world - screw you Ibiza/Monaco/Rio/etc.) to celebrate my 30th. Bring on the stiff drinks and cheese fries!
